I bought two pieces. Once worked with no diffiulty, and I am quite pleased. The second one was defective (would not turn on). Since I am using it in Nepal I was quite disappointed ( I receieved the articles on 28 April 2018 - hand carried by my son from Washington DC). I hope I can get replacement although it has been almost two months since I placed the order.
