This quit working after 30 days.
I bought two diffusers-one for each kid's room. One of them still works fine, but after a little over a month (of course, after the return policy expired), the other one quit working completely. I let it dry out and then refilled it (not above the max-fill line) and tried different outlets all to no avail. The second works fine, but 50/50 is not a great track record. Other than that we liked the performance and the working one is still doing just fine. My kids liked the colors, but it is too bright for a night-light so don't plan on using it for bedtime.

This product is not BPA free!!!!
This product is not BPA free!!!! Ordered specixalkynfornthis reason and product came and said nothing about it so I emailed company and they replied saying it is NOT all BPA free. Making it not safe to use to diffuse essential oils.

I wanted to love this so bad
I wanted to love this so bad, and my daughter does love that it lights up and the diffuser itself works great, but the buttons are very hard to press, for the lights and to turn the diffuser on, and as of last night I can't get it to open to add more water and oil, for some reason it won't unlock. It is a super cute diffuser but has a few issues.

Consistently bad
We’ve been through two and it hasn’t even been a year. The first one stopped working after two uses (contacted the company and they sent us a replacement) and the second one stopped working after about 6-8 uses. If it was a consistently good and reliable product I would totally give it 5 stars.

Super cute and my girls love it
I loved how they looked! I purchased two, one for each of my girls rooms and couldn’t get them to stay on. I then figured out you have to put a lot of water in it. I fill it to the top and then it stays on. I have them cut off occasionally when they are still full of water but overall I like them and my girls do also.

The customer service of this company is amazing, I had such great help with a very small hiccup in my purchase which was resolved quickly and without delay. I bought 2 of these diffusers and they work fantastic in my little ones rooms diffusing all night intermittently and the light change is fun for the little ones to watch
