Installation wasn’t too bad if you are comfortable with tools. As others have said, driver side on pilot has soft cover that has to be cut through. Wasn’t a big deal though. Much better price than dealer

Relatively easy to install. One person job. The running boards are very beneficial for people around 5’ +/-. Provides easier access for anyone getting into the 3rd seat. Well made and look great. 4 of the 6 brackets are simply hold up and install bolts. The front and mid bracket on the drivers side need to have you cut the insulation piece to install. I removed the front 2 bolts and 2 of the push holders. Then pulled down the panel to locate the bolt holes. Took a pair of cutters and cut an approximate 3” slit directly where the bolts go. Separated the pad and installed each bracket. By cutting the slit and not cutting out a chunk of pad that others have stated it closes up the area and looks great even though no one will see it under the car.

The instructions weren’t the clearest, but the installation itself isn’t the hardest. I recommend doing the passenger side first then the driver side because the driver side has a fabric cover under it. I cut through since I could not remove the fasteners that held the cover in place. The best way to cut through is with a small serrated knife (in my opinion). The reason for 4 star reviews is because 4 out of 12 of the screws did not fit, wouldn’t even start. I had to go to a local hardware store for new ones. Only $5.

Great steps boards but their service sucks big time I ordered them 4 times always had issues with missing parts or damaged scratch on items

Perfect fit and way to install.

these worked great on my trail sport! They were simple to install. The last photo showing the bracket is of my drivers side at the rear. I think that was honestly one of the things that took me the longest was just too orient which way the brackets were supposed to go, so that I didn’t start and have to do anything. So far so good. This made it to where my eight-year-old could comfortably get into the vehicle.
