The insoles came in their original packingIt is a sturdy kind and will last for more than the original insoleOne has to cut it from the marking given at the back through a scissor to perfectly fit into one's shoesIt's a bulky one so one has to bring out shoes original worn out soleThat's what I did with my Asics shoesAs their insole can be taken out. We don't need adhesive to stick it.
