Super easy to put together and I did it myself in about 15 minutes! My hamster loves it and started exploring right away. Rolled it right down the hallway to the bedroom without having to carry it and even our 12” wheel fits inside easily! He had a two-story condo before but this is a whole other ball game… he deserves it!

I love the item. But the only issue was the wood is very very cheap my asf rats are starting to bite through the cage sadly even with all of the toys in it. But the wood is cheap and smells like the stain pretty strong. It’s pretty flimsy but if you don’t plan on moving it a lot it’s pretty nice to look at. Definitely worth around 100 not 120+ 20 shipping. It did arrive in a few days which is pretty quick. Just would hope buying an expensive item it would have free Amazon shipping. It’s very gorgeous though and looks good.

Semi easy to build, one level had side piece stapled in so staples pushed through wood (caught my finger on it and ended up with a scratch/puncture wound). Once built hamster Liked it but ended up chewing through bottom plastic in about two weeks and when I contacted about replacement I was asked for photos and heard nothing further. So I have patched it with a piece of thin metal and food safe glue.

A bit pricy but HUGE! Our dwarf hamster has so much room to run around! We have had the cage for a few months and no issues with anything falling apart or with the hamster chewing anything other than her sticks. The pull out tray is useless really. We just use a shop vac to clean out the fluff before cleaning.

I am so incredibly upset. Our beloved family syrian hamster escaped due to this poorly designed cage. Within less than three weeks she chewed a large hole and escaped. I haven’t seen her since. Its been two weeks and my family and I are so incredibly upset… we have no idea where she is. I wish i could just turn back time and gotten a different cage instead because then i would still have my beloved sweet hamster :( I miss her so much , we are all so heartbroken about the loss of our hamster. Her name was Chanel . Please please please dont buy this….

Works great for my two rats and my dog loves to visit the cage and say hi.

Nice cage but Poor quality, Very flimsy. Disappointed in quality given the high price. Wood came warped so assembly was more difficult than it should have been.
