This is without doubt the worst thing i have ever tasted. I bought it to have a couple of low calorie days a week. I wanted a soy option. It's difficult to describe but sawdust mixed with water and large amounts of sweetener about sums it up. I wretched as soon as i swallowed it. I'm now embarrassed that i spent such a lot of money on this ridiculous product.
