Having recently acquired the BOSTANTEN Leather Ratchet Belt for Men, I must say that it has quickly become a favorite accessory in my wardrobe. I kept seeing ads for these popping up everywhere, I work in construction and always need a belt, I have tried lots of belts but non are built to last, the classic holes in belts stretch over time and then become useless. With this it’s so simple to use and holds well. It is very easy to adjust and easy to remove when needed too. The cutting to fit the right size is a good idea although I just attached mine to the end of the material to give me maximum room if needed.

So lost a lot of weight recently, bought one pin hole belt and already its loose, a waste of money, albeit a sign of good progress. Then my good lady spotted a belt like this for c£100 on a website and I thought what a great idea, but equally not paying that price! A search on Amazon revealed this belt and I purchased. It comes in a nice presentation vox if you are looking to gift it and looks smart despite its modest price tag. The diet is still going well, but there's no need for additional holes like a traditional belt, this one adjusts to suit you, will be buying the brown one soon forcasual wear, great piece of kit.

This is an awesome belt, but it lacked the instructions of how to put it together. As it comes in two parts. So would be nice to have a picture at least to know I'm doing it correctly. Seems simple enough but making a mistake could make it unusable.

Probably the most comfortable belt I've ever worn, I'm sure I'm not alone in being between sizes more often than not and this belt sorts that problem so well, it's made very well, the quality is great and the grip strength of the "ratchet" sections is surprisingly strong, easy quick release, can't recommend enough, so much so, I told some friends and they bought a few themselves.

Looks very nice and is good quality. Definitely longer than needed so follow the instructions to cut as directed. I like the fact it has small adjustments so you can get the most comfortable fit.

Finally have leather belts that don't need more holes punched, or have existing holes stretched out. Tired of genuine leather belts that cost ridiculous amounts, just to find that the "leather" cracks away at the holes and buckle only a few weeks after first use.These belts are by design not possible to be fully leather, but the notches on the underside do away with the hole problems. The ratchet buckle allows for the belt to be tightened just enough to stay comfortable without the need to punch holes. The buckle allows the belt to slide through easily without excessive flex, is grabbed by the ratchet mechanism and stays tight until release is engaged. This minimal flexing of the leather, and fine sizing allowance ensures that the belt leather stays in great looking condition for far longer than traditional belts. The price is more than reasonable in my opinion.After spending $25+ on genuine leather heavy duty "work" belts that barely went a week before cracking, and needing to be replaced within a month or so multiple times, I pulled the plug and bought a heavy, fully leather belt from a leather shop. This $100ish belt stretched enough in a couple of days to need more holes punched in it. After about 2 weeks it was more than 6 inches longer than the day it was first purchased, and still needed more holes punched to continue using comfortably. The kicker is that it was not returnable before punching additional holes because it was stretched. Had to feels gracious that the shop punched additional holes "free of charge". Lucky me.My work requires lots of bending, squatting, and stretching/reaching all day. Having to continually worry about pants falling down or needing adjustment is a real pain in the a$$. Since purchasing my first Bostanten belt last year, that annoyance is a thing of the past. May stand out at work wearing a "dress" belt all the time, but prefer to think I look like distinguished gentlemen (covered in dirt and grease).This first belt looks like new still today. It has done the task flawlessly put before it. Buckle ratchet engagement and release is as good as on day one also. Been my daily go to for work and casual ever since. Tossed or donated all older belts in favor of this one belt alone. Purchased two more belts because I had a couple formal gatherings to attend. New suit, shoes and belt. Refuse to dish out any more money for crap belts. Now have a belt for work, one for casual, and a formal or spare as it may be. Best of all no longer have crap leather taking up drawer or closet space.Only minor recommendation I can give is to make sizing requirements more obvious for customers.Definitely recommend to everyone.
