I use Sweet Sue's chicken to make shredded chicken sandwiches. My grandma gave me the recipe and right on the card it says "I use Sweet Sues." I have been using Sweet Sue's chicken every since. I have tried other options when I couldn't get Sweet Sue's, but the flavor and quality wasn't the same. I would recommend this chicken, just like my grandma did.

Good for chicken soup, or use the broth to make Bechamel (white sauce - add butter and flour, cook while stirring till flour is lightly browned, add milk to make a gravy...) and make chicken ala King or chicken and dumplings, are make chicken salad for sandwiches, or anything else you can make with canned chicken...

My wife insists on this brand for making her Chicken & Rice soup. Apparently, it's no longer carried by our local retailer. My wife has had me order it more than once and the soup always comes out good. That is the extent of my expertise on the matter.

I ordered this about a month ago and put it in the cabinet I don't do the cooking here I just eat here at my home my granddaughter does all the cooking well she usually uses fresh chicken I didn't know when she used this at all I don't know when it was the canned chicken or the fresh chicken so next time I'll try opening it myself so I can give a better review but so far I must have loved it. Cuz I do let her know if it's something I don't like.

Use it to make chicken sandwiches and love the ease of use.
