No Where Near 16 inches......
This was purchased to cover my spare tire which is a 16 inch factory wheel....It will not fit...not even close

Supposed to fit 16 - 18" SMH
As you can see by the pictures, this is a standard 16" van wheel. Just for S&Gs I pulled the seam threads to show that this thing won't fit. Plus tge material is too thin. Don't buy it!

Waste of money. 18 inches cover does not support 18 inches tire)))
18-inch cover should be fine for 16 inches.
