When the cookie crumbles :(
These cookies are good. I ordered some during Christmas, and they were fantastic. Just ordered another tin, and they were mostly broken. I don't mind to much, stuff happens, and I can still eat them with a spoon🤣. However, not good for company or very convenient. Might buy again.

Pricy but good
Cookies were good, chewy but too pricy for me

No great shakes.
The tin is nice; but, it advertises a brand whose quality is now lower. The website says:"Our cookies are made with pure, fresh ingredients like milk, flour, sugar, eggs and butter."However....The ingredients have changed. They now contain a lot of vegetable oil and seemingly fewer pecans.Their online ingredient list (had to drill down for it) is now:"enriched wheat flour (wheat, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folicacid), butter, Pecans, vegetable oil blend (palm fruit, soybean and olive oils, water, salt, non-fat milk, mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, potassium sorbate as a preservative, natural and artificial flavor, vitamin A palmitate, beta carotene color), sugar, natural vanilla flavor, salt. The type of sugar isn't specified. Use of granulated sugar is less than magnificent. And, of course, the true Meltaways recipe doesn't call for eggs. They're still sweet. There's no warning that pecans can become rancid after awhile and they shouldn't be kept in the freezer longer than three months. The quality is not top priority. But they're okay.I wouldn't give them as a gift, if your recipient can tell the difference.
