Q: Can it be fitted with a down rod shorter than 4.5"?

It is not recommended to use a shorter downrod as it will impact airflow. However, the rods can be cut down by a professional. Thank you for your interest in the Stella Smart Fan.

Q: What is the difference between this and the Blitzen?

Aside from the design aesthetics, Stella has a 60" blade span vs 54" on the Blitzen and therefore a higher CFM and a slightly higher annual cost to operate. Both come with or without an LED light option, include a wireless remote, are Smart, and run via our App. Note: Stella includes a 6" downrod while Blitzen comes with a 4.5" downrod. Additional downrods may be purchased separately, use the Spec Sheet link to determine which one works for your room application.

Q: Can this fan work with the Lutron caseta remote?

No, but has its own remote and app to operate it. That’s why I purchased it. Not many fans today don’t have remotes so this was my best option.

Q: Can I sync two fans together in the same room to be controlled with the same remote?
