Cisco Press are the de facto standard for Cisco certification ...
Cisco Press are the de facto standard for Cisco certification books. As usual, the book is detailed and gives almost complete coverage of the exam objectives.Use this along with cisco.com and other sources and you will be well on the way to passing the exam!

Prepare yourself for mistakes but content is good
Cannot believe an official cert guide book like this has so many mistakes. Typos, missing answers to questions asked and even worse wrong answers to some of the questions. It's like this hasn't been proofread.First Cisco book i've come across like this otherwise the standard is generally really good.

Buena guia de estudio
Lo utilice para pasar mi certificacion CCDA, (antes de que caducara), jaja, en general es una buena guia, aunque le falta una que otra cosa, sugiero combinarlo con videos u otro libro.

Great!
Great book! As some have said; some of the content was a bit repetitious. But all in all it was very interesting to me as an aspiring network engineer. I managed to pass my CCDA certification about 1.5 months after I read it, coupled with the Udemy course by Ben. Overall 4.7/5 stars!

Worst book from the CIsco OCG series, I have red so far.
First of all I am not a native English speaker, but I used several OCGs for studying. From my perspective, the book is poorly written in terms of structure within its chapters.- Some abbreviations are introduced to late.- Some things are explained several times within different subsections, but too late to understand an earlier section.- Some things should get more attention, since in some cases there are just listings of terms with short explanations and to less context for me, as the reader, to follow through.Furthermore, it is full with typos that confuse me, as the reader. I know there is an errata, but more proof reading would have benefited this book a lot.

Highly Recommended .. And Good luck in your study :)
I have to admit this is one of the best books i have read for Cisco certifications.I think it cover most if not all the topics required to give you an associate level of knowledge and PASS the exam .. most of the books won't actually give you the ability to pass the test without additional resources.I liked the questions at the end of each chapters to evaluate your knowledge. Thanks guys hopefully the upcoming books keep the same level or higher..
