I managed to it it up fairly quickly to start with, as in the past I had used a similar watch before. I found it keeps disconnecting itself from the bluetooth, so then most of the measurements you want , dont work. After 3 days, I spent over 2 hours trying to reconnect it , it scanned, but would not reconnect. So, I wrote an email to the administraters, asking for advice, received no answer. Spent a further couple of hours, uninstalling the app which makes everything work, then re installing it, still no joy. Then I saw a "unpair the device" drawing , so I did that, and was able to set it up properly again. I find that that updating the watch with the app keeps it connected and working.

Love the watch but only got it at the start of June and charger broke already how do I get it replaced

The battery life is amazing on this product and the reason I picked it was for cost as changing from Samsung watch and phone to IPhone. The only thing is the accuracy of the Blood Pressure monitor on the watch in comparison to an actual BP monitor it is quite inaccurate, and this is one of the reasons I purchased this product, to monitor BP. Cannot answer calls which I knew on purchase, but can receive notifications of calls and app messages.

I LOVE this smart watch! Trying to get fitter and needed some motivation to get going so I thought I would treat myself to a new watch. And I am so glad I did! Firstly, the watch came with 60% battery charge so I could use it straight out of the box. Unlike my previous watch, changing straps is super easy. And very easy to connect to the app.What I love is the simple activity tracker with the built in GPS. Im no marathon runner but being able to just head out the door without needing to carry my phone and just track with the watch is brilliant! The watch is very easy to navigate, GPS kicks in quickly and off you go. Love the additional features that remind me to get up and move. Lots more features to explore further. All in all I'm very happy with it.The heart rate is totally accurate, with only 1 or 2 bpm difference of a premium product I already use.I needed a step counter and my fitness band I already use does not do that! Steps seem accurate enough at a first glance walking around the office. Counting a trip to the kitchen at 20 steps and sat back down with +45 steps on the counter. Followed by working at the computer for a few hours without getting up and no additional steps had been added.Looks good, a fairly nice amount of watch faces to choose from all showing different stats to fit your needs. Its a cheap watch yes but not at all obvious from the quality.
