A good replacement, however brush seems a little softer/thinner than original. But it works great.

Considering this is supposed to be an original product ( I'm not saying it isn't) ,but the row of bristles is very thin and it scratches most surfaces if you apply a bit more pressure. Very flimsy.

I saw some reviews saying the buttons changing the brush were very stiff and some said button broke. I chose to take a chance. On the second use one of the buttons completely bent, and yes, the buttons were hugely stiff. I wore trainers, no way I would have been able to do anything with them in bare feet!I didn't immediately review but instead contacted the seller Nella Spares via Amazon. Gary responded straight away, asked me for photos which I tried to supply but think these and his subsequent email address were security corrupted by the Amazon system.He kindly requested a new tool to come to me direct from Numatic so that I could see the spare was genuine. This arrived today, just two days later. He also said he was having an online meeting with the company because he had received a lot of reports like mine, about seemingly inferior materials in new versions of products which like my old one had lasted for years.In this current climate especially, businesses like Nella Spares need to be given the chance to respond and (as he seems to be) go back to the supplier for answers. Companies don't know if customers don't tell them and it is all too easy to slam in a negative review and move on.Thank you Gary for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I hope you get your answers from Numatic.

Nice brush but Doesn’t last long like everything these days not made to last

Different then on pictures. Cheap rabbish. I had genuine brush and was different.

Inferior 'compatible' as advertised as Numatic brand, which it clearly. it is not.
