If there was a 4.5 I would give it that. The clarity is fantastic and the other caller hears very little background noise if any they say. It is very light around my neck. I would buy it again and do recommend it to others. I do wish the manufacture would just move or change a few little things it would be a 10 star. I always pull and position the ear buds before I turn it on. This allows me to be able to hear the volume at the same time it is on. That being said I do accidentally hit the button that brings the ear bud back in occasionally. I wish the volume button was a bit larger so that you could distinguish the play(?) button that is right next to volume. Otherwise I really do like it and use it everyday I leave the house.

Not sure of the battery life or is it durability as yet because I have only had them a short time. I had a pair previously, not this brand, that cost me $100. They were very uncomfortable and did not have interchangeable earbuds. I was skeptical of this because of the price but figured what the heck. I could always return them. I LOVE THEM!!!!!!!! The sound quality and the comfortability beat my $100 ones all to heck. In fact I gave them away and kept these. As with all nice canceling headphones, they don’t cut the noise on planes 100% but they definitely do a better job than just plain old headphones. I like the fact that the earbuds are retractable and can be worn around my neck. There’s two beats The bulkiness of on the ear headphones when traveling. I highly recommend this product.

These are the most useful headphones I have bought in a long sad history of headphone use since before flip phones. I needed headphones because I was using a phone while driving cars and talking to my dispatcher. I carried the phone in my purse, and wore the earbuds in my ears with the wire behind the ear. At least once a day, I nearly ripped my head off when the long wires got tangled in a door handle or steering wheel or something. Ear buds still had the wires, and were uncomfortable besides. Finally bluetooth comes along, and now wireless. Still uncomfortable and with a wire connecting the two together. At least I did not lose one like you do with the totally wireless ones, or worse, drop it in a toilet. This hangs around my neck, vibrates information to me, has comfortable earbuds and looks great. I get compliments frequently. Looks great when I put the buds away for lunch with someone.

So I needed to get some new Bluetooth headphones I used my old ones to death when I saw these I was like they are beautiful let me take a chance and they are more beautiful in person love the retractable ear buds volume is good comfortable pairing very easy Love my choice would recommend

The sound quality is great. It looks good while wearing it. The only thing that I'd change is the ear buds are difficult to pull out and require two hands. Start by holding the other side of the headset and gently pull out the the ear bud from the other side, as the flexibility of the head set that goes around your neck f flexes a bit and wants to pull off of your neck if you are pulling on the ear bud withouth holding the other end. Otherwise a nice headset!!

Couldn't be happier with the Bluenin headphones (my first pair of wireless Bluetooth headphones). Because this is the first time I've tried a wireless headphone, I relied heavily on the reviews of others. I started out researching different styles and decided the neck wrap looked the best for what I wanted to try. After comparing different brands, I went with the Osten Design. Best decision for sure! For starters, the rose color and design are beautiful. They were ready to use right out of the package (great packaging btw) and paired easily to my phone. Very light and comfortable to wear around my neck and I love that the earbuds extend and retract for use and storage. Nice feature. Also, appreciate that these came with 3 different earbud sizes to choose from. I easily changed the medium size to the small and they fit perfectly and were comfortable to wear for hours. Sound quality for playing music has been awesome. Controls on each side of the headphone are easy to access and use. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase and the price. I would definitely recommend trying these if you are new to wireless Bluetooth headphones and to everyone else.

I purchased this product a few weeks ago based upon the fact that it was retractable and could fit around the neck. My spouse is a beautician and constantly receives calls throughout the day, however, wearing a headphone all day interferes with her work and when taking her previous headset off it became entangled in her hair, resulting in one of the earpieces coming out and lost whereon on the floor. The Bluenin solves this problem and gives her a lot more flexibility. She can now retract the earbud and only keep it in her ears when needed.From a practical viewpoint it is the best in terms of convenience, comfort and overall quality...and to top it off the headset is absolutely beautiful. So far we have no complaints about this product and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the features I previously mentioned. I look forward to continued reliability and performance from our Bluenin.As far as durability is concerned, I have purchased many headsets over the years and most were more expensive than the Bluenin, however, even at a higher price, I have always considered it to be a good purchase if it lasted only a year or slightly longer , so if this headset falls within this standard I will consider it to be a good purchase !

These headphones are complete trash, they don't hold that good of a charge so they don't last all day and the volume is absolutely garbage it's very low sometimes almost faint to where you could barely hear anything playing my right ear is already starting to go out and the left ear is next for sure, what a waste of money don't buy this product it sucks.
