I have used this diary year in year out; its monthly inspirational articles inside are better than those in many running magazines. Great for keeping an easy to view record of runs without having to "switch on, log on and click" all over the place!

Would get 5 stars if the design wasn't so 80s...Has some interesting and inspiring reading and wonderful to let you track all your progress and injuries.
