It was pretty fun.It did not seem capable of a boomerang move though.

There definitely can't be any window at all and it doesn't stay in the air for more than a few seconds it's not good to pass because the fan is so strong inside that it goes where it wants to go no matter how you throw it i wish it was easier to control also I paid more for this but all pics look the same so how do I know what one I really got?

Love it, highly suggest playing with it maybe in an empty room or yard. Not in the house! Check out my photo!

My daughter and I have had a lot of fun with this after seeing one at her friend's house. Very easy to use, a little more difficult to master (it's not really, it's just a matter of giving it a little tilt in the direction you want it to go in your hand as you give it the lift it wants to engage and take flight.Inevitably it pinballs off of objects since its destiny is its own once you release it; but it does it so gently with the outer shell absorbing what little shock there may be. Which also helps when a cat leaps through the air and takes it down imagining it's one of those little spherical wireframe birds that flit all over the place where we live. Meow.This is inexpensive momentary fun that will produce some laughs (and hopefully some questions about physics and the other STEM disciplines on display); but even if I don't work up the nerve to ask my 8yo those questions, it's a toy we'll pick up periodically and just enjoy -- as we have been.

My 6 year old niece absolutely loves this ball. She quickly learned how to use it and has a blast playing with it both indoors and outdoors. She gets a good 30 mins play with each charge. She plays with it alone or creates challenges with her friends. It has survived numerous crashes and getting lost behind furniture, with no damage to the toy, walls, picture frames, etc. Once she grabbed it hard and her little finger went between the mesh outer shell, making slight contact with the fan. It startled her, but did not hurt or injured her finger. Having much fun with this flying ball.
