this was exactly what I was looking for to prevent stomach muscle pulls and/or hernias while performing certain exercises. Using their sizing chart the one I bought fit perfectly and comfortable enough considering what it is being used for. Price was very reasonable.

Great material & perfect for Leg day.
Great product. I go to hardcore fitness. and I've been wanting to use a belt for Leg days. this was perfect. allowed me to go heavier on my squats. As well it was very comfortable. I definitely felt my core was stabilized. and my squats felt perfect and engaged. Great Product.

Runs small, Velcro degrades quickly
Ordered this belt according to sizing in ad, the way it routes thru the buckle leaves little to reach back around and attach to itself with Velcro. It had around 3” of contact with itself and pulled apart easily with little pressure. Velcro has started to barely stick after a few months of use. Should have got the next size up.
