This product is perfectly build and easy to use ,it take you more cleaning or uses an half hour before the water is gone.. it's strong and hot steam water .. i try right away when the product arrive that night , easy to follow the instructions even though you not read the manual .. i really enjoyed using it and make you more energy cause you know the product it work very well not the one I choose in the first time..i will recommend this product to everyone..

Purchased this steamer September 17, 2023, it stopped working roughly a week ago. When I went to use it last, I turned the power on and the light illuminated and all, but you get no steam. Even when it did (work), the steam was weak at best and only lasted for a little while before it would stop to produce more steam leaving me in the middle of my project waiting for the steamer to steam. Also the mopping function on this really sucks too because it does is get your floors soaking wet because the steam isn't hot enough to evaporate. The one thing I did like about this steamer is the hose used with the attachments was soft and easy to work with when had steam.

The one annoying thing about this steamer is that the attachment brushes fall off the wand with just the slightest pressure. So you can't really scrub with them. There isn't any method to secure them on either. They just push on. Unlike the mop head which locks in with a clip. Despite being made primarily of plastic, the material is thick, durable and tough.Two of the brushes have brass metal wire bristles but the other three have plastic stuff bristles which will quickly flatten and warp. Losing their effectiveness at cleaning. I checked the Vendor website and they do not sell any of the attachment tools seperately. They do however mention that all their attachments include a one year replacement warranty. Which I suggest you utilize quickly. If you are one of those people who push really hard when mopping, then this little steamer is right for you. The main mop head tool is much more durable and appears to be designed to withstand a heavy hand. The main steamer attaches to what I call a little skateboard. Which is totally optional, you can detach it and carry it or just set it on the floor. When it is locked into the skateboard, it is surprisingly well balanced and doesn't tip over when pulling it. If, it does tip over....BIG DEAL. The water chamber is sealed and the machine keeps running. No leaks or auto-shut off to deal with. The hose is long, thin and strong. It does not detach, it's permanently connected to the machine and main wand but I don't mind. The hose is thick and insulated well so it does not get hot. The extra long power cord plus the long hose is really awesome. I can mop almost my entire house without unplugging it. I got this so I could store it under the sink and just pull the hose out when needed. So it's a major space saver. It produces a pretty decent amount of hot steam and is virtually silent. Unlike my two other steam mops which are quite loud. I happily give this little steamer 5 stars due to its power, flexibility and low price.

The steamer does produce wet steam and spits a little bit, but it gets the job done. I use the round steam wand to clean upholstery in conjunction with my cordless shop vac. It has six steam settings by pressing a button on the hose connector for the attachments. This works pretty well on spot treating grease spots on the stove top. There are a couple of drawbacks: The water tank is small and will require more frequent filling compared to larger more expensive steamers. This tradeoff is not bad considering the size and portability. The second drawback is that it will tip over easily. It does not leak when it happens, but it is just side effect of the small size of the unit. Not a big deal and is a good tradeoff for size. The permanently attached hose is plenty long enough. Good value for sub $100 steamer.

This thing it great! I have a very old scuncii handheld steamer but it pales in comparison to this one!I have done my floors, steamed my furniture, my mattress, and most importantly, the interior of my VERY filthy car. Made it look new again!Allow it to heat up completely and it won’t spit water everywhere. Removed crud in hard to reach places and refreshed my upholstery.Works on bathroom fixtures, clothes hampers, trash cans and anything else you can imagine.Water tank lasts about half an hour for heavy duty cleaning.Hope it lasts a long time. Highly recommend!!!Edit: I tried it on my windows. Oh my. It works amazing! Have a cloth handy to clean up the mess when your done but I was streak free and beautiful!!!

Great price and steams well.

I had a bedbug issue can’t think of where they came from but doesn’t matter I had them. I read steam cleaning would help to kill them off. And it really did help. I sprayed with bedbug killer my carpets my couch my bedroom, just everything and I steam the carpet the couch I steam clean the floors And I’m seeing less and less I’ve been doing it maybe twice a week now and it seems to be under control. I don’t know if it’s completely gone, but I’m gonna keep it up , this little guy.

The media could not be loaded. I was so excited for this product based on other reviews. Unfortunately it did not meet expectations.The design is beautiful and I love that it’s compact but for a steam cleaner it didn’t work at all.I gave this thing 3 tries immediately after opening and put it to the test. First, I tried to clean my glass stovetop and it just spit water everywhere while also producing lots of steam. Then I tried the glass door of my toaster over, and it did the same thing. None of the grease on the door came off even with the scrubbing attachment on. Lastly, I tried it in my shower and tile floor to clean the grout and again it just spit water everywhere. It doesn’t produce a continuous stream of steam and most importantly the steam was just warm. It’s supposed to be hot! This was the equivalent of dumping a cup of water on my floor.
