Looks professional!
Wonderfully professional look to my sourdough bread now. Good quality product! The 8.5” set makes loaves that fits great in my 5.5 quart Staub cast iron cocotte!

Artisan Bread Proofing
Keep in mind these proofing baskets are made of rattan. Therefore, make sure they are allowed to air dry prior to storing if you plan to put the cloth covers on. If moisture remains on/in them, there is a risk they can or will become moldy.

Great for sourdough baking!
These are arrived quickly and are nice and sturdy. The liners are linen - they definitely need to be generously “seasoned” with rice flour and whole wheat flour.

This is a nice set of proofing baskets, and worked out well for a sourdough batch I made. Easy to store, seems well made, and cleaned up easily. Very nice!
