The media could not be loaded. So when the hair first came it was soft & bouncy & pretty!...but I water colored it jet black & plucked it.. after that ...I washed it & I styled it & it started loosing that softness & did not hold a curl hardly I’m not upset because it was to good to be true but it’s alright ig
