Laundry Master LM7202 Laundary Master 115 x 35 cm Small Cotton and Foam Plus Felt Backing Ironing Board Cover, Multi-Colour

I needed a 93cm by 33cm replacement cover, but couldn't find one.I measured my ironing board but included the iron tray that wasn't covered by my old cover and it came to 115cm., up from 93cm.A new search came up with this cover, and I ordered it.The cover has a drawstring and three velco straps attached.Fitting was fairly easy. I roughly offered it up, used the 3 velcro straps to hold it in place then pulled on the draw strings.A spot of readjustment and I made sure the drawstring, which goes all around the outside edge of the cover, was on the underside of my ironing board all the way around. I then pulled like mad on the drawstring and tied it off, then tightened up the velcro straps.Job done.It looks good and it is really nice to iron on. Mind you, my old ironing board cover was one of those cheap silver ones and if my dog didn't have a habit of munching on ironing boards I wouldn't have to have ordered a replacement cover.................

Nice and thick, well padded with felt. A bit tricky to fit, as it was a bit hard to pull the string tight, but worth the effort. You need to iron the cover on the ironing board to make it lay completely flat and to assist with pulling the string tight. Really pleased.

I can't understand the previous reviews. This is poorly made. Even during the fitting process the stitching securing the velcro tensioning straps has started to come undone. As this cover was more expensive than many others I was expecting a much higher quality. Before too long I expect to be searching for a new one. Very disappointing!

It's an ironing board cover - it does the job - it covers the ironing board - very well actually!
