Great build quality of these telescopic ladders & lightweight for home maneuverability!
The media could not be loaded. I expected this ladder to arrive in a bigger packaging but to my surprise, these have small dimensions when folded. Overall I am happy with the functionality. It has great build quality & these are not very heavy. I got this for various needs in the home when we need height for reachability & it works great. Recommended product. My 2 cents below:Pros:- Ladder works well & can hold a good amount of weight - Extremely good build quality overall. Durable and should last for years- Folds into a 34inch ladder and is easy to store in the corner. I could sneak this next to the dryer in the laundry area. While it can be expanded up to 12.5 feet when needed - Has a very good weight capacity of 330lbs- Ladder hold firmly on the floor without any wobble. Steps foot has a non-slip cover & great for that extra safety factor- Very easy to open/close and hence very usable- Safety lock is a nice feature in these & easy to use. On extending the steps, it even locks by itself- It is lightweight overall for such a category of products. I have owned heavier ladders in the past - They bundle a carry bag & work gloves in the package. Kudos for that Cons:- Price might be a concerning factor for many but if you can afford then go for it

Good ladder, but some details worth knowing
I bought this as an intermediate-size ladder for work around the house. I already have a 24' aluminum extension ladder, and I have a 7' stepladder, but if I wanted to do things like clean the upper window in the foyer or change a high lightbulb, the stepladder was too short, and the 24' monster was often too big. This fits that intermediate size pretty well. It's sturdy — not as sturdy as my 24' monster is, but I wouldn't expect that from a collapsible ladder. But at the same time, I don't feel like it's going to fall apart. It's much easier to transport than the big one, too: I can just grab it and set it up in a matter of minutes. Collapsed, it's not exactly *light*, to be sure, but it's nowhere near as heavy as the big ladder. I'd compare carrying it to carrying two standard metal folding chairs under the same arm: Not light, but not heavy either.Make sure to check the latches as you expand it: Sometimes they don't always latch, and you have to be careful to push them in all the way so they secure for real.Warning: Be *extremely* careful collapsing it — I've pinched a thumb once already. It doesn't collapse quite the way you think it's going to collapse, with each rung going halfway down and then *stopping*. The rung above only goes the rest of the way down when the next rung below it goes down too. I'd recommend experimenting with it a few times with just the top three rungs so you get the hang of it before extending it fully. The included canvas bag is useless. I think it may be for the non-heavy-duty ladder that they make; I've tried hard, but I can't get the heavy-duty ladder into it; it's simply too wide. That's a shame, since it'd be nice to be able to put the bag on it when it's not in use, but the bag simply doesn't fit.So I give it four stars overall. It's sturdy and solid and doesn't feel like a toy or like it's going to collapse underneath me or break, and it does the job it's supposed to do pretty darn well. But given that I've pinched fingers already and will probably do so again given the way that it collapses, and given that the storage bag doesn't work at all, I can't quite give it the five-star review I want to give it.Still, I'm not sending it back, and I would buy it again. It's not poorly-made by any means, and I expect it'll last me through a whole lot of projects over the next several years.

Works great, feels sturdy
Love how compact this ladder is! Its pretty heavy and feels quite sturdy. I got the 14.5ft A-Frame version and both the 45° and 180° feel safe to me, never tried the 110°. Assembly is easy but you to install the stabalizer bar you just have to push it real hard to break the little dividers in the feet, this is how it says to do it.Id recommend this ladder, I think its great and the price is great too!

Great for specific usages
15.5 foot telescoping ladder: I've had the opportunity to use this twice today to do some cement repair at the top of my chimney. The specific uses I mention in the headline are - if you don't want drag the big bulky ladder out for a small job, or you don't have a big bulky ladder (like me). I gave sturdiness 4 stars, but this rating must take into account the type of ladder this is. It feels strong enough, but be aware that due to the telescoping design, it will bow and wobble somewhat. I expected this, and it was not a negative factor for me. Take into account the job you are doing, and know that due to the bowing inward as you ascend, the angle of the ladder near the top will be less than the angle of the ladder before mounting. As for expanding and contracting the telescoping function, it is easy to put up and take down. This will get regular use from me!

It's ok, barely sturdy enough.

Be extra careful using this ladder
As others have said, lowering this ladder is a significant "pinch" hazard. It takes two thumbs to release the machanism, so there's no free hand to control the descent of the ladder. When raising the ladder, I found it to snag once or twice. As far as ladder safety, I don't think the USA has any real safety standards. Although the advertisement said this ladder is rated for over 300 pounds, my 240 pound body thought this ladder was both too narrow and too rickety. This ladder is also as narrow at the base as at the top. Having a level base is essential. The narrow base also limits your reach while you are up the ladder -- Do not reach sideways for a heavy object or lean too far to either side, or your center-of-gravity may be outside the base.Frankly, I think this is a recall-waiting-to-happen.

Perfect for my uses
I use this ladder mainly to have access to the top of my camper. It’s nice and compact while remaining sturdy and reliable. It has rubber bottoms which secure it in place. It folds up and fits in my under the bed storage, and is small enough to get out with little to no hassle. It’s a bit on the heavy side, but is more sturdy because of it.

Great ladder
It works great for doing projects around the property. I find it very stable. And the greatest thing is that it doesn't take up space like my extension ladders did.

Must buy for places with less storage soace.
Ladder is good and sturdy but bit heavy to lift around. Can be used without much risk and feels comfortable when climbed. Grip is good. Material quality is good as well. Locks are tight and well built.
