Worked great on 2009 Mini R55 Clubman S panoramic sunroof
Panoramic roof had terrible wind noise and I will never open the roof anyway. This gasket is super easy to work with, exactly fit into the gap between the panoramic sunroof and the roof. I had to go back and readjust after a couple of days - the corners lifted. I realized I had stretched the rubber instead of pressing straight down on it. I was able to remove the entire strip, reposition to be sure both pieces of tape had something to stick to, ensured there was no stretch, carefully pressed the rubber into the gap and a week later it's still sticking strong and there is absolutely no more wind noise. The tape is strong enough to withstand removal and re-attachment. No problem.

Seals great and no more leaks!
I purchased this item for my Chevy Equinox sunroof. I asked a friend to install it and he did have to make cuts to get around the bends. He applied silicone the cut marks to insure no gaps. The car has been through several torrential downpours here in Maryland and the seal didn't leak. Great product.

Extremely disappointed and did not work as expected
I purchased this tape to seal my sunroof, hoping for a quick and effective solution to stop leaks. Unfortunately, the product fell far short of expectations. The tape didn't adhere well to the surface, and within a few days, it started peeling off, making the situation even worse. It was also difficult to apply, with the edges not sticking properly no matter how much pressure I applied. To make matters worse, I included pictures with my review, one of which clearly shows water on the driver's side floor—proof that this tape did nothing to prevent leaks. This product is simply not reliable for automotive use, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I'm returning it and looking for a better solution.

It was good but not for long UPDATE
I put this seal on 2 weeks ago and we just had two nights of rain and so far my car has no leak… I was struggling with leak from the sunroof but this seal has worked so far. Definitely take the time cleaning the dust off and putting the seal.So it’s been a few months and the glue under the seal has runout. You can see in the second picture how it’s slowly coming off. My leak is back and I’m struggling. I did last for a good amount of time but now I have to add a silicone sealant on those spots

AMAZING
The sunroof on my daughters car leaked for over a year, she bought a new car and I decided to drive her old car because mine was having issues, but i could not deal with sunroof pouring water in and on me while driving and not to mention the moldy/mildew smell... so i ordered the tool to clean/unclog the drain but im guessing it was to packed in from so long of not cleaning that the tool just wouldnt go in to even begin to unclog, but i ordered this at the same time (just in case) and thank God i did. sealed it right up, i did have to push down on it a little where i didnt get a good seal from having turn it at almost a 90 degree angle. But have had no problems and no more leaks!

Update- Take your time and do it right and it will be great.
Well it’s been 8 months now and sad to say the tape did not hold and is peeling up at the corners. Prob a good cheap temp fix but definitely not a permanent solution.Original review>It’s only been a week but we got a big rain storm last night and no leaks!Installation is easy but you do have to take your time. Clean all the surfaces. I used the two pads that came with the kit but that wasn’t nearly enough. It smeared black all over the paint from the original seal so I used denatured alcohol to wipe off the marks and clean the entire surface. I faced the thin side towards the glass for easier transitions. Started half way up the drivers side and slowly pulled the tape back as I went around. It was kinda cold that’s day 45* f. So I kept the tape in the house to keep it warm and mailable. Cut the end to match up at the end. Hopefully it continues to hold but looks promising so far.

Do not use the included cleaning pads!
It took two install attempts to get the roof sealed.1st try, I used the included cleaning pads, smells like Lacquer thinner and left a residue.I pulled the strip like you would masking tape to turn the corners, temps here were in the 115 range and the rubber pulled loose most likely due to my install technic and the residue left behind by pads.2nd try, used 90% Isopropyl alcohol to clean, laid strip down with out pulling it, I used the butt end of a plastic handle to press the strip down, I waited 2 days and the strip was still in place, I took it to a drive through car wash and had no water leaks which is why I got this.I am a mechanic by trade so had some previous experience with weather stripping.Surface needs to be surgically cleanThe strip really needs to pressed down for best adhesion.

No Use
I don't know even why this product was invented .. just 100% useless... tear up with a slight pull. Never fits on car roof top.
