This was the best to give some options to how we slow our rescue pup down from inhaling his food. We have multiple slow feeders to prevent him mastering one. This slowed him down significantly and challenged his mind at the same time! It's really durable, higher quality than others that were just made of felt.

The media could not be loaded. My dog loves this, it has been though the washer at least 50 times and is still looking good. You do have to wash it somewhat frequently, dog drool and dog food dust get stinky if you don’t. It takes her about 15 minutes to eat her food off the mat providing great mental stimulation. She is very excited every time she sees it.

My 13 pound 2 year old rescue cat is CRAZY and can be very destructive. I need to do everything I can to keep him busy and out of trouble. I put all his dry food and treats in food puzzles. Even the supposedly most difficult dog puzzles don’t stump him. He has over 30 (most aren’t used as they are simply too easy for him). This mat keeps him occupied for a few minutes, which is a miracle. My other 7 pound 11 year old cat will sometimes snuffle around it too even tho she doesn’t “do” puzzles. I put it on carpet and it stays put and I think it would stay in place on hard surface floors too. He hasn’t tried chewing on it which is good. It’s nice you can put any size hard food/treat pieces in it. I haven’t washed it and probably never will; I can’t imagine it would come out the same.

My dog is a picky eater so I tried this snuffle mat. She loves to forage and she absolutely loved this mat. The 3 level of difficulties is great so you can use it for more than one dog depending on their foraging skills. I truly am impressed with this. Feels sturdy and durable.

The media could not be loaded. She had a very basic snuffle mat before (one of the ones that just looks like a bath mat) and she liked it a lot. But she's always been the kind of dog who likes puzzles and games so when I saw this one I thought she'd love it. And she does! It slows her eating way down (which is so important with a big dog) and she switches from one section of the mat to another to get the food out in all the different ways. I love that I can really tuck the food in there to make it challenging, and I also hide a handful of little training treats to make it even more interesting. She lays right down and goes to work and it keeps her quiet for almost an hour. I also like that it has stickums on the bottom. She still slides it around and rolls it up, but for the most part it stays put. Great snuffle mat. I'll be buying one for all my friends' dogs as well!

I got this mat for my 12 year old American Eskimo who's been getting into anything amd everything! He is a chewer. I got this matt to help woth his anxiety, and he is already chewing holes and ripping apart seams. Great concept. Keeps him busy. Not as tough as advertised

This is the only way I feel my dog. He absolutely is stimulated and forces a slow feed that engages his brain. I have a high energy dog and 2 hours of runs a day barely does the trick so any time I can mentally stimulate him as well, I do. Would highly recommend this product.I mentioned durability, but I do monitor my dog when he eats because if left unattended I have no doubt eventually he would try and chew it up, but so far so good.

Well made. Seems like it will last a long time. Love that it’s washable. Pup likes it and it keeps him busy for a while. He’s 25 pounds and the mat is the right size for him.

Die Qualität ist super und es ist eine sehr gute Beschäftigung für den Hund. Nur ist unser Toypudel zu schlau und hat sehr schnell herausgefunden, wie alle Leckerlis raus kommen.

Ich habe mehrere verschiedene Schnüffel Teppiche daheim ,und dieser hier ,hat mich dann auch interessiert.Er wirkte sehr robust ,aber auch sehr teuer.Er is kleiner als erwartet ,aber er is wirklich sehr gut.Zugegeben ,er braucht schon etwas lang zum trocknen...Aber ,er is super stabil ,er is sehr hochwertig.Selbst wenn der Hund etwas hastig auch ist oder tief da die Nase rein gräbt ,dann bleibt alles super.Ich warne aber davor ,was für ALLE Teppiche gilt.Bitte nehmt das Zeug nicht für Qualzuchten. Oder besser ,kauft Hunde mit Nase.Hunde denen der Schädel so deformiert gezüchtet wurde ,das sie eine kurze Nase haben ( bullis / mops / franz ) ,haben schon im normalen Leben kaum genug Luft zum atmen.Fressen ,spielen ect ,schon gefärhrlich.Gibt man solchen armen Tieren ( warum man sowas überhaupt züchtet und möchte versteh ich eh nicht ) dann eine solche Matte ,kann es Lebensgefährlich werden.Das hat aber nichts direkt mit dem Produkt zu tun.Im Gegenteil. Dieses Exemplar halte ich für besonder gelungen.Mich hat der Preis schon etwas abgeschreckt ,und die Größe war erstmal etwas enttäuschend ,weil ich wirklich dachte sie is größer.ABER.Sie is so wirklich genial.Waschen war gar kein Problem ,jetzt auch mehrfach schon gemacht.Die Lamellen sind aus Gurtband und daher wirklich stabil.Es gibt verschiedene Bereiche ,welche nicht nur Abwechslung bieten,sondern verschiedene Schwierigkeitsgrade.Vor allem die Stabiltät ist es ,die mir hier besonders gefällt.Ich habe inzwischen 3 Matten selber gemacht ,dann 2 gekaufte Teppiche und dann noch diese Matte dazu.Das sind inwzischen also ganze 6 Schnüffelrasen sozusagen .Und alle sind verschieden.Mein Hund liebt es .Das tolle an Nasenarbeit ( wenn eine Nase vorhanden ist ) ,ist das es eine sehr artgerechte Beschäftigung ist.Und das man das ganze super zwischendurch machen kann ,aber auch einbauen kann.Ich mache zb meinem Hund damit eine Schnitzeljagd.zb baue ich dann 6 Stationen auf.2 x Intelligenz SPielzeug2x Schnüffel mattte2x Futterball oder Kong.Ich bin da vlt mit der Vorbereitung so 15 min beschäftigt.Mein Hund ,der is 30 min da beschäftigt. Obwohl er super schlau is ,und super schnell.Aber 6 STationen oder mehr ,das fördert schon,und es macht Spaß.Manchmal darf er zb auch was kaputt machen ,zb Kücherollen-rolle ,oder so.Also wirklich ,super . Ich gebe 4 STerne ,weil für 5 is sie mir zu klein .Aber ich bin sehr happy damit ,und die Qualität ist sehr gut.

Unsere Border Collie Hündin erschnüffelt ihre Leckereien gerne in dieser abwechslungsreich gestalteten Matte. Die Verarbeitung ist gut.Es sollten möglichst trockene Leckerchen wie z.B. Hundekekse verwendet werden, um das Material zu schonen.
