I love this kit! It is fun and it’s very relaxing to do! It’s not complicated, at all. I especially love the sea creatures theme! The finished product is beautiful! Very much worth the money!

This kit (sunflowers) was easy to do, fun to do and turned out great. My only complaint was there were numerous defective gems. Luckily, there were enough to complete all of the coasters. Highly recommend.

I have done quite a few diamond art paintings, so I'm very familiar with the products and techniques. These coasters differ slightly from the artwork in several very important ways.The diamonds - these are clear diamonds with a painted on base to provide the color. This makes the diamond very sparkly, but the downfall is the backing scratches off easily, so many of them don't have full color. This wouldn't be too much of an issue, however, unlike most diamond art kits, there aren't necessarily a lot of additional diamonds to complete the project (see pic of remaining diamonds after all coasters are completed...some colors have less than 10 remaining!)The canvas - the coasters are a firm, translucent plastic and the printing on them is very clear...it is easy to identify which color goes where, unlike many paintings. However, the colors are NOT placed directly next to each other...meaning there are gaps between diamonds...sometimes fairly large gaps! This means that the surface of the completed coasters have some sticky sections that will no doubt collect dirt and dust with use. They will need to be sealed with something to prevent this from happenig....I'm just not sure what (Modge Podge may not be durable enough for coasters use).Also, because the coasters are small, the pictures are not very detailed or clear. They are definitely very sparkly, just not very detailed.Each coasters takes about 1-1.5 hrs to complete...making it an easy project to start and stop as you have time.Overall, they are a fun project to complete, with a few drawbacks, as mentioned.

I highly recommend the Ocean kit of coasters……each coaster was beautiful and really fun to make. The colors are gorgeous and we gave each creature a name……I watched a UTube video telling me what product would keep these in good condition for years…….I purchased it and am in the process of treating them. I would highly recommend these coasters to EVERYONE.

This is my first time diamond painting and I chose these. They are easy and so pretty after they are finished. I don't know yet how well the cork will stay on the back and I'm hoping the diamond pieces stay on when I ship out of town. I recommend it and each coaster is a different picture. It comes with a neat coaster holder too.
