Only just received, so setting up now. Charging magnet on cable is not very strong and easily comes off the watch as the cable is very stiff.Display is nice and bright and the touch seems quite responsive.***** update to the aboveAfter several hours of tinkering, I cannot recommend this watch.1. The charging cable is very thick and stiff. The magnet is not very strong and will detach from the watch if the cable is slightly moved...causing the charging to stop.2. The watch display is very bright and clear to read.3. The accompanying app to connect to the phone is the weak link.It is very basic in design which is not a bad thing in itself.4. The problem arises when you try to send a watch face to the watch. Each time one is selected, a message appears that synchronisation has failed and the app crashes.5. In spite of ensuring every permission has been selected and granted on my phone for the app.No text messages / WhatsApp/ general notifications are forwarded to the watch.6. On trying to call from the watch and selecting the phone option. The menus remained greyed out for ages and you cannot select the keypad or contacts before the screen has turned off.The screen remains unresponsive throughout this process.7. Bluetooth connectivity is unreliableThe watch constantly drops bluetooth connection. When you go to Bluetooth to reconnect, it very rarely will connect for both audio & calls.8. The AI option is totally pointless.You press down on the screen to activate and give your verbal request.Most of the time it doesn't recognise or acknowledge your request.The times it does recognise an instruction has been given, it gets it completely wrong and its easier just to reach for my phone and do it.9. So far I have only been successful in getting one phonecall to work via the watch.To be fair, the microphone was pretty good at picking up my voice and the built in speaker was just about loud enough to hold a short conversation providing that the it was in a very quiet location.10. Incoming phonecalls are not recognised by the watch11. The watch came nicely packaged with a comprehensive set of printed instructions. On scanning a qr code on the leaflet you are directed to the manufacturer website to register the warranty and pressed for a review to go on the amazon website.You are instantly sent an email from customer services offering support which is a nice touch.The watch has a nice feel and was supplied with two quick release straps. The silicon one I tried was very soft and comfortable and had a decent buckle which fitted well.12. On reviewing the amazon website the reviews are very mixed.Predominantly people either loving their watch or either totally scathing it not working.What's odd is not many middling reviews.13. The fitness tracking seemed to work OK and the blood pressure / spo2 seemed to give fairly sensible readings.For me as much as I wanted to love this product, the poor (constantly crashing) accompanying app and glitchy phone connectivity are complete deal breakers.At the end of the day it has to do notifications / basic fitness tracking / calls.Two out of three were not successful and I cannot recommend.It's a real shame, as at the current selling price £18.99, I would have classed this as a veritable bargain if it worked.To put this in context I was using a Samsung s20fe phone and am already using a xiaomi mi band 5.As a direct comparison the xiaomi was more pricey / has a much smaller display and doesn't do phonecalls.However it has just worked from day 1, was flawless to setup and the app integration is really slick. Notifications are instant and reliable. The Bluetooth connection is excellent and super reliable. The charging cable has a really strong magnet and very supple wire which does not detach from the watch each time its moved.For me, I'm returning this Feipuou w10 watch and will stick with a newer more feature rich (more expensive) Xiaomi product. In the knowledge that they seem better engineered with better app integration and do exactly what they say on the box.

I used this product as a simple heart rate monitor mostly. I had to upgrade to a proper fitbit with ecg abilities for medical reasons in the end but would actually prefer to have kept using this watch.It has a lovely and easy to read screen. I had no problems with it. I gave it to my mother and she is delighted with it.Also, the after sales service is brilliant and I got a very quick reply to a question I had.Highly recommend.

Love the product, it was a bit tricky at first, I do think you should be able to answer WhatsApp calls on there too, maybe add that feature! Other then that I love it. Thank you!

This started well, I got it set up with a new dial and chose my options and battery life was good - around 8-10 days per charge. I lost the charger cable and support pointed me at a new one promptly, all good so far. But a couple of months in and the battery life is down to 5-7 days and the screen has become completely erratic. The dial changes randomly. The screen jumps off into different modes even when I'm not touching the watch - in fact even when I'm not even wearing it! I've tried cleaning it, and resetting it, but nothing works. I never know what I'm going to get when I switch it on. It also goes into sports mode but has no way out again without switching the watch off. A pity because it looked promising. This is my 3rd fitness band from different brands and all have failed for different reasons, I don't think I'll be buying a 4th!EDIT: After posting this review the company reached out and tried to help. They couldn't fix it and had no stock for a replacement so offered a full refund which I've accepted. Unfortunately, I still can't recommend the watch but the customer service is excellent so I've given an extra star.
