for professional use ONLY!
I just bought this product only a few min ago but I've used it a few times and my client's loved it. I tried it too but I wasn't as happy because it made my hair too straight but my hair was manageable, frizz free, and my styling time was cut in half. I bought this on line because it was only a few bucks less than at cosmo prof and I don't have to leave. Please do not attempt to do on your own hair because you could damage your hair. This is not a use at home product unless the person is a trained professional. But if you're desperate, want a good professional product and not pay a salon anywhere from $150-$400, go on YouTube and you and a friend or sibling watch it a couple times to get it right, and do a treatment on each other. You only need 1-1 1/2 oz. Hair only needs a light sheen of product. Do not drench or saturate the hair with the product.

Watered Down?
I purchased this product but found it was very watery, much more so than the bottles I have purchased at my salon. Not sure why product was defective, but Amazon took it back and is refunding my money.

Not the same as previous purchases from other vendors. "This bottle is watered down, ineffective, and was a total waste of money.
