Easy to use!
I finally opened this up to use it for work. Very easy to set up to sync with my work PC. Though I will say I panicked for a moment bc the directions said I needed a dongle but none was in the box. That said, I turned it on, went to the Bluetooth on my PC, and searched for it and it paired fine. Sound quality is good - my main concern was sounding like a robot but that doesn’t seem to be the case. So far so good.

They work... not well anymore...
I like them and would buy them again but sometimes it sounds like they pop or click for no reason. When running sometimes you can hear something moving around inside of them. Seem like they have a great battery life. As with any bone induction headphones they don't seem to be that loud in all environments but they're loud enough to me. I'd buy them again.Update: randomly turns my volume all the way down then will skip songs randomly... their site isn't much help as it is all in Chinese after translating the page and filling out the contact information no response although I don't know if it went through because there is no confirmation after you click submit it just clears the fields...

Ok-ish
While sound quality is decent, fir and finish is a bit lack luster. My previous set, from a different and more expensive company were destroyed by my own mistake. (smashed on a car door while held in my hand 🤦‍♂️)These new ones work ok, but are not comfortable and I think the speaker on the right side is most likely loose. It was like that straight out of the box.Would I purchase again ?Maybe as a gift, but certainly not for myself. Are these worth the money ?Probably.

Beautiful sound for people with smaller heads
These bone conducting headphones have a great sound and are comfortable, but I believe they are designed for people with smaller heads. If they fit you properly, then these headphones may sound fantastic for you.I have been using a pair of mid-level Sennheiser audiophile headphones for several years, and a pair of Edifier NEO Buds Pro. Those two are much higher priced and can produce a full range of sound from lows to highs. These bone conducting headphones are at a much lower price point, have a very different sound quality, and are not in the same category. For the price they are great.Fit - The headphones are VERY light weight and sit very lightly over the ears. They do not get in the way of wearing glasses. - They headphones stay in place pretty well. I haven't tried them during vigorous exercise, but shaking my head won't make them shift or dislodge from my head. - The two vibration pads (speakers) must be positioned just right, with the proper amount of clamping force, or they will not sound very good. If they are not in the correct place you will not get any bottom end, and the mid-range starts to become weak. - I found them hard to get into the correct position for my head. My head is on the larger size, so the vibration pads don't quite touch the sides of my head like they are supposed to, so I don't get the full range of sound and volume that I should if they fitted my head properly. The bottom end is a little weak for me. My son has a smaller head, and when he tried them he says they sound fantastic, with great highs and a full bottom end. - These headphones cannot be adjusted. I cannot bend, twist, or slide anything to improve the fit on my head. These are my thoughts about sound quality when they are positioned as good as I can get them on my head...Sound Quality - they sound very crisp and clean. there is no muddled sound - the highs are very crisp and clean - the mid range is not as strong as the highs. they are clear and clean - the bass is full and punchy to me - I am not a "bass head" and prefer a more balanced sound.Phone Feature - These headphones have a mic and can be used for phone calls. In my testing, the other person said they could understand what I was saying, but that my voice sounded a bit muddled and distant. I could hear them just fine.Verdict- I think these have a great balanced sound- They are open ear, so I can hear my surroundings while listening to music- They sound great provided they fit your head properly - i.e. a smaller head

Impressive audio quality, very poor customer support
The packaging was great and everything arrived safely. When trying to charge the unit, the lights started to flicker abnormally. The manual mentioned a specific color when the headphones are charging and another color once it’s fully charged, however, mine were flashing all different colors very quickly. I ended up having to push all the buttons and wiggle the unit before it would charge as it should. Once charged, I tried to pair it to my phone, but then the lights started to do its weird blinking thing. Again, after lots of button pushing and wiggling, I was able to get it to stop flashing and finally pair with the phone. The audio quality was very impressive! I really enjoyed having them on. When using them as a headset, the mic did not work very well and people complained that they could not hear me when I was talking. I tried reaching out to the manufacturer in multiple ways (emails, website form) however, I never once heard back. I am very disappointed with the lack of support this company provides.I got a replacement through Amazon and this one works really well! All of the issues with the previous headset are nonexistent. The audio is really great. I love being able to hear my surroundings while listening to audio from my phone. The pairing was super easy. I tested the call audio quality and the person on the other end could hear me great. Loving these headphones! Just keep in mind, trying to contact the manufacturer for warranty or support will be very difficult.

Medium quality
Color is great.Battery is longer than typical because the sound circuit will sleep after a certain timeout; one can tell because the sound won't kick in right away if one's not listened to anything after a tick.Range is sub par.The drivers are not glued in either; they knock about when one shakes them. They seem waterproof though.
