These really are nice straws. However, even after reading the specs and reviews, and being around measuring tools my whole life, I did expect them to be slightly fatter! I like them so I am going to keep them and see if maybe we could make a permanent jump over to this size because even though they are skinnier than what was expected, by comparison they are not as skinny as the majority of the other straws we purchased in the past. That is with the exception of the JUMBO milkshake/Large tumbler straws. In addition, the longer length may make it worthwhile, especially at this reasonable price.

These are so much nicer than the thinner flimsy straws. The height is great for a tall glass and they're nicely colored.

Great straws for every day use for taller cups. These wouldn’t be good for anything thicker but I am happy with them.

These are colorful, extra long, bendable and a good deal. What more can you want?

I have purchased several packages of long straws from Amazon over the years, and unless you are buying milk shake straws, the inside width is usually about the same. I purchased cold drinks when traveling from Mc D's, Burger King, Wendy's, Dairy Queen and Dunkins. Their straws may be different colors and some are longer than others, but pretty much they are about the same size. The closest thing I can compare to these in size is the smaller version of the Dunkin straws. But the plastic is not as thick and these are pretty flimsy. Usually I re wash my straws and use them a few times, then clean them and put them in the recycle bucket. (Our city does a great job recycling almost all plastics.) I can probably use these for now, but they are thin and several were already broken in the bag. I have to be honest and say I would not have bought these if I had seen them in person, and I will not be buying them again. They are just not sturdy enough for an iced latte or iced coffee. on a scale of 1 to 10, these would be a 5.

I got it for an task I'm doing however, these are good long straws and would do well. Great party or gathering idea.

Been buying for awhile. I like the bright colors! I use them at work and at home. The width and texture of straw is good to use! Great quality!

These straws are just the right size
