RubiesMen's Jumbo Rainbow Clown Costume Wig

after reading reviews on other clown wigs offered through amazon, i was a bit hesitant to order one. since i was pressed for time though, i decided to order this jumbo rainbow clown wig and was SO pleased!!! the wig truly is jumbo! you can fluff it and pick it out until it is quite large! the hair is thick and doesn't show through to the head/cap like man others do. the colors are vibrant, the wig is full. it was beyond what i hoped for and the price was incredible. i have already used this wig several times for kids programs and it continues to hold up very well! would definitely recommend it. (i posted a picture of my dad using the wig for a kids program. although he has a hat on, you can see how full and nice the wig is!)

You have to comb it out, and it DOES shed, but that is too be expected with a novelty wig! I patiently combed and brushed it out while holding the "roots" of the wig for minimal shedding and trimmed any stragglers. Once you take your time to style it, it is big and beautiful. It stayed in place perfectly, even with a silk wave cap (didn't have wig caps available at the store near my house) & I got tons of compliments!

I went to a Halloween party in a 70's costume. Everyone loved my costume and had doubts if my hair was real. So... I highly recommend it to you who want to make friends laugh or wear extravagant style in everyday life. LolI confess that I had to take it off a few times because it squeezed my head and bothered me a little. But apart from that it was 100%!

Short Review:Item came patchy with bald spots, but once you see those smiles on your loved one's faces, you'll discover that "its fine."-1 star for building up my expectations and crushing them like a cracked egg under the muddy tires of my neighbor's 4x4 off road truck.-1 star for the low quality, cheap, bald, patchy item that was actually passed off as a high quality, awesome wig.Longer Review:So, I had some issues with the quality of this item. It obviously does not look like in the pictures. So round... So fluffed up and beautiful... It is tight and asymmetrical. Also, patchy. There are spots where there is simply no wig... It is just the netting. For quality and overall "beaten up-ness" I had to take around 2 stars from this item. I would have tried to pick a better item if there were a stack of these at a brick and mortar store, and I would have avoided this particular one.However, this is all in good fun right? And the most important thing is that laugh or smile you get from the people you are entertaining. So... although I hated that this didn't come as pictured, it redeems itself by the pure fun nature of it, and the reaction of the people around you. These wigs are a lot of fun, and it might just be the beginning of a fun hobby. Collecting smiles and reactions are... priceless!Pro tip: bring one of these in your "blind date bag" - if things aren't going well at the restaurant, excuse yourself to the toilet... then, put this on and stroll right out of the establishment like a boss. No need to rely on your friend to call you in the middle. Empower yourself with your plan B right in your go bag! Kidding of course... or am I? I did this with my family. They are still eating at that restaurant as I'm writing this review! HA HA! Jokes on them! And also... the BILL! There you have it. This product arrived a bit early. My son used it and I was surprised as to the quality and how comfortable it was. I was also surprised as to how full it was...some wigs out there are very skimpy in the material. this one was "lusciously" full of curls! It was perfect for his costume. I highly recommend it.

Just what i needed to complete my hippie outfit for a party. Fit great. Received quickly. Do Not try to"pick" out with a comb/ pick! Only finger style it or the wig will loose the strands.

Here is the scoop. Need a wig for Halloween party. Last minute shopping. Wig arrived next day. Crazy fast. Came in flat plastic bag. Elastic in wig doesn't keep wig on head. Just sits on top. Wig will fall off if you tilt your head. Quality is trash. Wig holds no form. I am trying to get it to stand up a little. When you pull to give it volume, thread starts to fall out. I will try to get some hairspray to create an Afro form. Don't let that picture fool you. Not even close. Looks like a clown on crack.Bummer of a purchase. I will try to spray it and then throw it away.
