Great Product

They make great sleeping pills
I was hoping this would help me with possible weight loss while I slept but the only thing I got out of it was it made a great sleeping pill. I didn't notice any weight loss when I got up in the morning but I did get a good night's sleep.

beware
I took this as directed twice and had the same bad effects. The first time I thought it was the flu. I shook all over, had an upset stomach and diarrhea. When I took it the 2nd time and had the same reaction I knew it was the pills. Needless to say it will be thrown away. Use caution when taking this.

Myabe for you
I took the whole bottle as directed. I didn't lose any weight and my sleep quality remained about the same. On the bright side, they are easy to swallow and have virtually no taste. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with them, and they may work well for you. They just didn't affect me very much.

Makes me feel jittery all day and can't sleep at night
I have taken this product twice and it has made me jittery all day long, unable to sleep that night, and heart racing. I thought about trying one capsule but I am a bit nervous.....I won't continue taking it.
