Bought this to give my mum more confidence getting in and out of the shower. It's brilliant because you can take it down as soon as you have finished and you're not ruining your bathroom. Suction is great - very safe.

Received this product Fri 19th Jan and tried to use it on Sun 21st. After several attempts to a fix the rail to a perfectly good tiled surface I found that the suction pads lost their grip after a very short space of time. I have no confidence in using this product and find it to be totally unreliable and extremely unwise to use. I intend to return this item to Amazon ASAP
