Cheap and terrible customer service
I got this for my grandsons birthday, But I took it out of the box and set it on the table and the back piece fell right off. For the price for this very small plane and the 2 weeks it took me to get it. I’m very disappointed. He still loves it, and I don’t want to wait another 2 weeks to get a replacement. So I’m going to keep it. So the next day another piece fell off, the wing now. So the company told me to send it back but If it looks like my grandson who is 16, playing with it and cause that, they will take up to 100% of my refund to restock it. Instead of it being poorly made. So I took picture to show it had no wear and tear just cheap. I’m keeping it. Very bad customer service…
