Tastes good, works well in drinks and baking
I bought this to make a collegen & mushroom "creamer" for my daily coffee. It makes the blend more palatable. I've since been using it to flavors about anything. I love vanilla extract and enjoy making that as well, so I never saw myself buying powdered, but it's versatile. It's my first purchase of powder. I didn't do heavy research on the brand or anything else about it. I like the taste in what I've used it in and liked the ease of use. It's just handy to have dry ingredients on hand.

sort of sugar cookie taste, at first
I wish I had read reviews before spending the money on this stuff. I don't know what this really is. It tastes sort of like a weak sugar cookie flavor. If I had been blindfolded and tasted the powder, I honestly would not have guessed "vanilla." I thought I could maybe save some money, so I tried this to compare to AKI brand vanilla powder (that also contains a small percentage of monkfruit.) The Aki vanilla powder is fantastic tasting when it hits your taste buds - the only problems with the AKI brand being the expense (about twice the price of the XPRS vanilla powder), and the fact that the flavor of vanilla powder is missing-in-action, washed-out when added to anything (like yogurt or homemade almond milk.)I haven't tried baking with it yet. Maybe the XPRS vanilla powder "comes alive" when used in baking, but it makes no sense that it would - the volatile oils (terpines, flavones) should give a strong vanilla smell if they were present in quantity, but the smell lets you know that the vanilla essence just isn't there.UPDATE: I tried a small taste again and decided to throw it away. The "sugar cookie" taste has gone (volatile oils have vaporized, maybe, but in a sealed bag?) and it is now dominated by a slightly bitter taste.

Interesting Flavor
Texture is great, but the flavor is a bit off from other vanilla powders I've used. Trying to get used to it - we'll see.

Great Vanilla Powder!
I really like this vanilla powder. It has a strong vanilla flavor. I have ordered it several times now. I also like that it is reasonably priced!

Disgusting
The ingredient is vanilla FLAVORING. I went to company website and still cannot determine if it's ground vanilla or if it's just "natural flavors" which is unclear when putting a label on something that enters our bodies. It smells like pepper and I love all things vanilla. I expected it to be good but am so disappointed.

It's not so yummy...
I love vanilla! In a world where everything is chocolate or spicy, vanilla feels like a sinful treat. This seems like dehydrated vanilla extract. Not much vanilla and it has an alcohol after-taste. It doesn't blend well and leaves blobs that are not very pleasant in taste or texture. It just doesn't suit the purpose I was hoping to use it for.

That it did not have cocoa in it.
The taste is good. The value for the money is great.
