The 1st one I bought had an issue and kept cycling through the LEDsequences even before it was supposed to and wouldnt connect even trying all remedies. I returned it to AMAZON and recieved the replacement very fast (Amazon's Customer Service is the Best I have ever seen anywhere.)The exact replacement camera was easy to setup and the status indicator lights worked as they should. Just make sure your wifi is in the correct 2.4 ghz or recommended one and follow the blinking LED lights. So far it was so fast and easy to install and I utbin a 64 mb micro SD card as I have to remember where the 264 mb card is, but the 64 micro card easily recorded 10 plus hours. The camera is the stealthy and I put an unconnected USB cord in the slot to make it look like it looks like and is a charger as well. It runs a little warm so that's why I only plugged in the USB cord for looks. You cannot tell it's a camera even from close up and can turn the blue LED off or on. Very good product,but if you get one that shows solid red even before it attempts to connect or connects and unconnected then send it back dor a replacement. I would recommend this to keep an eye on a babysitter,nanny or children.I may purchase another later. VERY GOOD PRODUCT AT A GOOD PRICE.Only drawback is motion detection is an option with a cost, and not a deal breaker as the quality,ease of setup and we recording are well worth the price.

I have several security cameras, which have varying difficulty in setting up and use. This camera was incredibly easy and well documented. Instructions were easy to follow, the app worked well and the image was clear. I’ve used most of the features by now and they seem to all work well. What other people have said was helpful.Two things which have concerned me are: 1) The heat it produces is noticeably high, but doesn’t seem to be a fire danger. I was able to still touch the service and not feel like it would burn. By pulling the device out from the wall plug 1/8 inch helped the circulation a bit and seemed to lowered the temperature. 2) Plugging it into a wall outlet often aims the camera toward an uninteresting space. Most floor level or wall outlets will aim the camera at another wall or away from the room you might want to surveil. You should know ahead of time what wall plug you will use because once plugged in the view is stationary and can’t be altered remotely.

I was able to set this up in minutes using RTSP to blue iris. Easy to setup and use. Although I won't be using the app since I'll be streaming to blue iris, the app has a full set of features. Great support from this seller, fast response and very proactive. Great product and will look for future developments from this seller.
