Terrible product. It was half the size that was pictured and the bird seed immediately poured out of the feeder holes. I sent pictures to them but so far have not seen the refund promised.

After thinking about it and excited about opening it up and filling it with bird seed. We were sitting in our dining room looking at it and thinking, that is not the birdfeeder we ordered. It dont hold 5lb of seed and is made of plastic. The one we thought we ordered holds 2lb seed and not glass. Cheap crap

Every negative comment previously written is true - VERY cheap - only last picture (with measurements) is accurate - the rest are very deceiving, birds clipart to be smaller than they should be so feeder looks bigger. Get an empty soda bottle and make a homemade one - it will be better than this!

This product was very poorly made. The seed container was made of thin plastic, I doubt it would hold the advertised 5lb. The wire that was for hanging the feeder was thin and meant to be attached through the seed container. The only positive thing about the feeder was that my refund was promptly filled.

Day one...several reasons I’m not impressed. One didn’t come with instructions. Two, made from plastic probably a little thinner than sodas bottle, maybe compared to water bottle. I expect the weight of a squirrel will likely rip the plastic where the hook inserts. Three seed pours out as I poured in. Eventually it stopped after a 1/4 cup gets wasted. Because there were no directions I was unsure to press the metal circles, covering feeding holes, inward or outward, either way seed spilled out. So far one squirrel was eating from it , so I have moved it to a different post . I will update if my opinion changes.

I had to throw it away before even using it! Quality is so poor. The plastic tube where the bird seeds goes is flimsy plastic and would never withstand any kind of weather outside. Junk!

It wasn't like the picture. My fault,should have read more in to it. Very small and cheap made

The item is very flimsy. The squirrel just c limps on the top and hangs down to eat. the wood peckers landed on the perch and just bent the heck out of the spin. Not worth the money I spent. Does not even hold enough feed. sad you cant get what you pay for these days.
