Burger Press Cast Iron, Burger Smasher Press, Wooden Handle, 17.5cm

Bought this for pressing burgers and it works well. Sticks slightly to the patty’s, but I would imagine, as with most cast iron, the more seasoned it becomes the more non stick it will be. Just give it a good scrub with hot water and make sure it’s properly dry. I have given mine a light oil after cleaning as well to help seal the pressing surface

This is cast iron so will need seasoning and/or rub the surface with oil before use.That said, it's heavy and solid as you'd hoped it would be and presses burgers with ease. It would be hard to get this wrong, and they haven't.

Good press

Ridges at the bottom makes the product non practical for smash burger.Also product got rusty after one use, even though I have dried it out after use.Only used once and not using it again.

I love this item, it's heavy enough for pressing meat and good quality.

I know I measured prior to purchase but this thing is massive (probably because I hadn't anticipated it being circular)

This is great for making smashed patties and works as intended, however I have found it really hard to clean. I’m put off using it as a lot gets stuck to it and I can’t be bothered with the cleaning every time.
