The language used is understandably simple.
This Bible is in very easy English for beginner trying to understand some of the tougher books like Isaiah. The binding material a sort of rubbery leathery thing feels lovely in the hand too. The font is just right, very close to the large font bibles.Another personal taste is that I love that this bible has silver shine on the side view of the pages when the book is closed as opposed to the more common golden colour.However I don't like the unisex neutral tone of the book in reference to Jesus. Jesus is referred to as The Human One (??!) everywhere instead of the Son of God, which I find very irritating. Some of the simple verses have been slightly distorted in their meaning I feel in comparison to other versions. I have recently found the New Living Translation which I found to be easy English yet more accurate in meaning.
