Using this transformer for some low voltage lights in my backyard. I added more lights so I needed a heavy duty transformer to power them. I set this up and it is very easy to use, plus it powers all of my lights and does it very well. I am very happy with this transformer.

The media could not be loaded.  I needed a new transformer for my front yard and backyard low voltage lights , and after looking around I found this one. . First of it is built like a tank , all heavy duty stainless steel on the outside , and it’s got some weight . I have 2 separate lines run on the transformer I had , one to the front which has 5 lights on it and one to the backyard that had 5 lights. It I decided to add 8 more and the lights in the back were dim and some flickering . I figured I needed more power but then I saw this unit and figured it has 12 or 15 volts , so I’d just use the 15 volts with all the lights . But when I got this unit I realized it wasn’t a switch for 12 or 15 it actually does both simultaneously so for the long line with 13 lights I connected it to the 15 volt side and omg the lights not only work perfectly but they are brighter ‼️I then connected the short run with 5 lights to the 12 volts and they are also brighter ‼️This transformer is a beast , and for it being the most economical option I found , I’m thrilled ‼️I highly recommend it ‼️‼️‼️

It looked very well made, stainless steel, easy to use if mounting outside. Not an inside (garage) unit unless you want to plug it into an additional timer.

I've had outdoor low voltage lights in my yard for years. Unfortunately, the last transformer was not properly sealed (plastic housing) and I could no longer program anything. They were just on 24/7.This metal unit is far more well made than the plastic one. I love that you can run multiple lines from it, so it can reach the entire property.Easy to set up, since I'm familiar with the lighting concept. I didn't have to program much because I just use the dusk to dawn setting.I'm expecting this to last longer than my previous product. It's also cheaper than your big box store options.I'd highly recommend it.

I like it. Easy to connect wires to, small form factor, attractive, standardly-easy controls.

unit does not work after installation lights will not turn on will have to return the unit

My husband bought this to replace our original landscape lighting transformer that was not working. Easy to install and is doing the job.

These things aren't rocket science, but if you want one that is solid, rust resistant and functions well, this is a good choice.
