Roughneck Gorilla Bar – 24in (610mm) Drop Forged & Heat Treated Premium Wrecking Bar

Aye l got the 24” version and it’s a great piece of kit for the money. The bar is solid and a good hefty weight. The wedge end is bordering on sharp and has no trouble getting into the necessary areas to lever stuff apart. The design makes the bar a really powerful lever and even the toughest job is no bother with this piece of kit. I mean if you were trying to uproot a skyscraper then you maybe need the 36” version but other than that it’s difficult to think of a job this bar couldn’t handle.

IF you need a nail bar, Gorilla Roughneck is the bar of choice every time. This bar is strong, very strong and will last longer than the life of a DIY'er.I use this brand of bar daily in concrete construction ( formwork) use and it has never let me down.The only reason I have had to replace my trusty bar is because some other sub-contractor "borrowed" my bar whilst I had breakfast.Not the cheapest bar, never will be. Quality and strength will never be beaten either.

There were so many different wrecking bars available and so many universally poor reviews that I found it very difficult to decide on one. However, this is one of those purchases where I have a sense of satisfaction that I made the right choice. The Roughneck 24 Inch Gorilla Bar feels indestructible, the geometry is just what I wanted and the ends are so sharp it comes with rubber sheaths to protect you from cuts. (You could always file them down if that worried you.)

Used to have a pair years ago when working in planned and reactive maintenance.Brilliant in general use and using the pair together, gaining access to properties through the front door with minimal damage.Would recommend.

Ripped some old panelling apart with this. Very sturdy and a good weight and digging in. Would recommend.

Wow, what a bar. it has a nice heft to it and tears through jobs with ease.Used it for ripping some plasterboard out and it made short work of it. Also used it in conjunction with a 6 foot digging bar to get some old fence posts out in at the end of January in the North of Scotland and it was long enough to get sufficient leverage. (A 3 foot bar would've likely been better but this was all I had to hand).All in a very professional tool at a an unbelievable low price (£8.50 when I ordered Jan 2014). It even has rubber covers for each end to keep the missus happy

This thing is the real deal. Super heavy duty, perfect design (I've used my dad's for years), and indestructible.

Pinaise, ayant déjà tordu 1 pied de biche, j'ai acheté celui-là vu qu'il me fallait du gros, du lourd pour décrotter des murs en pierre, scellés comme y faut.Ma foi, pas déçu du tout, y porte bien son nom le bouzin "la Gorilla Bar" !!!Rien qu'au poids, celui-là je vais pas le tordre.Arracheurs de clous du dimanche, passez votre chemin...

Pris en remplacement d'une pince à décoffrer stanley qui avait cédée net, celui-ci se montre indestructible !Seul bémol, c'est lourd... vraiment lourd. Mais ça fait le boulot sans souci!
