The media could not be loaded.  I have been using the Grounding Mat for Bed for 2 nights. Upon receipt, i noticed that The packaging was a very basic clear plastic pouch, less fancy than other Earth and Moon products, but still neat and clean. The material felt soft, similar to my original Grounding Mat but the bed version featured holes, which I assume are for breathability and flexibility. The grounding mat was super easy to put on the bed and stayed in place all night, solving my issues with the standalone Grounding Mat. I really like that it works well with my split king adjustable bed and does not bother my husband. The grounding mat did take away some of the softness and made my mattress feel a little hard, but nothing major. I also noticed that I became extremely hot in the middle of the night, which is not typical. Despite these minute issues, I slept GREAT both nights and woke up feeling refreshed. I would still recommend to others and plan to continue using the mat for the sleep benefits I have already felt.

Well made, nicely packaged. Easy to use. Because I have dogs, I’ve placed the mat over the mattress protector and then put the fitted sheet overtop the grounding mat (so that it helps keep dog hair and little claws away from the mat). Laid bare skin on the fitted sheet and still the mat works well. Immediately I could feel my body warming and have a few muscle twitches. The mat itself was never warm to the touch, just my body that was warming in response. There was energy cycling between me and the mat for sure. Only used it twice, so not enough time yet to see how sleep patterns are affected.

I took twenty minutes writing my first review and tried to be as honest as I possibly could be and explain all the issues I had with this grounding mat. My review was denied. So this one will be very short. I do not recommend this mat for four very important reasons. I guess you'll have to buy it to find out what those reasons are.

The media could not be loaded.  I received this grounding mat from Earth & Moon. To be brutally honest, the first 2 nights I tossed and turned a lot. Just the feel of the mat, although soft, wasn't the same feel as sleeping on my sheet. It says you can put the mat under sheet, but I wanted to get the best results possible by sleeping directly on it, which is recommended. I was waking up feeling no different.By the 3rd night I found I was sleeping much better. Now, with over a week of sleeping on it, I can feel the difference. I am sleeping more soundly, I'm waking easier, the hip pain I have been having from radiation treatments last year and early this year, has been minimal to non-existent when I get up.The mat also fits nicely on one side of my queen size bed and surprisingly stays put very well with the straps that go over the mattress!I love that it came with a tester so that I was able to make sure my outlet was grounded.I am seriously thinking of purchasing a small grounding mat for my feet when I'm at my desk at home.Final verdict: Great company and great product!

From the setup to the results, the process is as easy as it can be and completely worth the results. It is a natural, practical, and prolonged tool to provide daily effects. I highly recommend it!

As someone who is interested in the benefits of grounding and holistic health I purchased this grounding mat for my family and it's been great! I'm not an expert in grounding practices but this was very easy to set up and use and I'm already benefiting from the grounding benefits while I sleep!

I am not sure what I expected so I’m not sure it’s working. If I’m being truthful I don’t notice anything that has changed BUT nothing bad to say either. I won’t say it was a waste because I’m not let down by anything. I do know it is grounded properly. And I will leave it on. I mostly got it for my husband’s side of the bed and we have a California king. I got the full size. Which I have mostly on his side of the bed but it reaches pretty far into my side so I’m on it a good deal. You feel a difference in the bed but it isn’t any kind of interference with sleep or comfort. I’m happy to say there is no released heat either so we’re not sweating or anything. I waited a week to review it. I’ll keep it.
