I already have 4 dispenser bought years ago and they are all four working well. This new dispenser however, had a failing pump and I returned it and bought another. The second dispenser quickly developed the same fault and I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement of the pump only, since this is the easiest for both parties. They offered "as a goodwill" another pump. This is a faulty product and it is a duty to rectify the fault or take it return, not a question of goodwill. On top Smedbo requested me to pay for the delivery of the replacement pump. As a consequence I now have to return this second dispenser to Amazon.The Amazon return policy is excellent, the Smedbo product not so. Until the company has fixed their pump problem I can only warn against buying this dispenser although it looks good.

Bought 2 of these after seeing it in shops for over £70 each. Expensive but you get what you pay for, very high quality and 10 year guarantee

The item arrived as stated and packed well. This was suggested by the bathroom fitter as he knows the level of quality for this brand. It's an investment for the bathroom. It looks sturdy and of good quality. Time will to tell if this will not rust and I doubt it won't as Smedbo is known for its high level of workmanship.

Great; All Smedbo that I have purchased for our property renovation have been of outstanding quality - worth paying the extra for in my opinion.
