I don’t use these as often as I should, but since I am almost completely healed from surgery this summer I am eager to get back to a routine. I am mobility challenged so I do chair exercises. The bands and a set of light hand weights help a lot to keep my muscles and bones strong. I do not want to be a victim of falling so it’s important to me to try to work on staying fit and healthy as much as I can.

The fact that these are so well labeled makes it easy to figure out what to use. They're width makes it easy to use for all different types of workouts. I have so many sets of bands but I know these will be my favorite. The workout guide is great!! The material is strong and I know these will be used for a long time

I purchased these resistance bands for my yoga for healthy aging class. It is mostly women in their 50s 60s and 70s. These bands have been great. They are strong enough to give a basic challenge, but still useable by everyone. The fact that the colors make sense is very useful, the lighter color is a lighter weight of resistance. I also love the included exercise idea chart. And the fact that they come in a sturdy storage bag is wonderful. One of my best purchases lately. Also, a great value. Thank you for such a a well designed and useful product.

Versatile and pget the job done. I stretch every morning using these bands and they have held up pretty well so far. I got the pink ones and that’s actually been good because I can find them pretty easily in our exercise equipment box

I haven't used them much yet but they appear to be an excellant product. A little longer than I expected whick works well for me, more value for the money.

I had an auto accident a number of years ago and was introduced then to therabands. This is a package of 4 with varying tension/strength resistance. I started back with these doing some of the exercises that I learned while doing physical rehab. I’m now using the next to strongest strength/weight resistance with my exercises now. They have high quality flexibility or resistance. They are also comfortable to use and support a lot of weight torque strength. And. A nice zipped package to keep them all. What a great exercise room in a small package this is!
