My sister came across this brand while attending the Nourished Gluten-Free Expo on June 3. When she came home she baked the bag of mix she purchased there. The smell is such a rich, pleasant dark chocolate without the overwhelming sweetness most brownies tend to have once they are baked. The ingredients are simple and clean. The brand is very eco-friendly using upcycled coffee cherry flour. The texture is as fudgy as brownies loaded with all the allergens and refined sugars. If you like a dark, bitter chocolate taste this is for you. My sister raved about the bitter bite and the strong cocoa scent through the bag and it continued throughout her baking and consumption of these brownies. Perhaps I will try a bite this time when she bakes them again. She was excited to see they were part of Prime Day 2023!

We love this brownie so much!It is fudgey in the inside and the chocolate chips make it crunchy.Allergy-friendly and fit our needs. Forget baking from scratch! This brownies are much better! Our guests tried and couldn’t believe it was not from scratch. All the ingredients we can pronounce and no odd products added to it. Healthy.ALSO, this is a small business owned by a fabulous woman that I communicated with prior of purchasing to make sure I’d ingredients were safe for us.I just happen to know they will. E launching a new product soon and can’t wait to try it!

A bit on the pricey side but as a gift for my very picky niece….. she loves it.

I'm uncertain if I received an "off" batch, but these were absolutely disgusting. I was looking for a healthier dessert option for me and my family, and this popped up as highly rated. The moment I opened the bag there was not a lovely chocolate scent and even while baking there was no sweet aroma. After I was done baking (following all directions), the brownies were left to cool and then served with a scoop of Halo ice cream. What we tasted was pure salt. It's so bizarre the batter tasted salty and dirty without a hint of sweetness or chocolate flavor. This bag was expensive and I am sorry I wasted money on it.

This is my second time ordering this mix. My kids have a lot of food allergies so they love the fact that they can have this allergy friendly brownie mix! It's so easy for them to make too. All you need to do is to mix in water and oil! It smelled so good right out of the oven that we couldn't wait to try. Definitely recommend eating the brownie when it's still warm. Once you take a bite, you just want to eat more!!! It's so good! We can't wait to try other Bake Me Healthy mixes once they are available! Thank you for making a healthy product our entire family can enjoy!

I wasn't sure what to expect with these, but they really blew me away. I made these with my daughter last night and they were Sooo chocolatey, super rich, moist and delish. If you're looking for a great tasting brownie with simple ingredients and without the guilt- this won't disappoint.

I am obsessed with this brownie mix!! It's so easy to use and has so much flavor. I am not a great baker (nor do I have a ton of time) so this perfect!I can't wait to try the other mixes from Bake Me Healthy -- seriously my partner and I are obsessed.

I am always a bit skeptical about foods that say they don't have anything in them. These are wheat free, dairy free, egg free, tree/peanut free, soy free, refined sugar free, gluten free, and vegan. So in my mind - what is in them?! I usually find that that means there are still a whole list of ingredients I cant pronounce and dont know what they are to make the food taste good but the list of ingredients on this is incredible short and all things I have heard of and can say! There was a sticker over the ingredients with a new ingredient list which is not the same as the picture. The only different is that it is millet flour instead of oat milk flour in the gluten free flour blend. I followed the instructions, and realized I didn't have parchment paper so did bake mine in aluminum foil in an 8x8 pan. I did not spray the foil because I was worried the spray would throw off an already VERY watery mix. Honestly - this was so liquidy. I actually poured it into a 13x9 pan like normal brownies first and with how thin it was re-read the instructions and saw their suggestion and poured it into a different pan. I was surprised these tasted decent! They are NOT your typical milk chocolate fudge brownie. BUT if you like dark chocolate, these are quite good. There is that dark chocolate bitterness to them and they are not overly sweet but sweet enough you still feel like its a treat. You could always add some add ins to sweeten it if desired. I didnt taste the coffee or cherry flavor which was fine by me. Just a very delicate, yet not super moist, dark chocolate brownie!! If you are having people over or need to bring a dish to pass and know there are dietary restrictions this would be a safe and yummy bet!
