Really disappointed
I’ve waited over a week for this item to only receive it really excited to start using it. It cost a hot amount also to only see defects not to mention my only option now is to get a refund and I have to go out of my way to post it back. I’m absolutely disappointed this flask is ment to be great quality it didn’t even come in a hydraflow box it was just in bubble wrap inside an Amazon box. Where is the original box? I think I may have had a second hand flasks. Really not impressed. I want a full refund
