Amazon substituted another brand. Which was ok. They are decent quality just not the size I ordered.

They stretch twice as big as they are without ripping, snapping or popping. They're a nice thicknesses. I would never expect a rubber band to go back to its original shape after I've used it on something and stretch it really large. They do hold up very well. Like the old rubber bands My grandmother used to get in the 50sI'm glad I bought these they could have come in just a plain. The different colors are nice they're fun.

I needed large rubber bands to fit around shoeboxes and fat stacks of file folders. These are perfect, with enough stretch to fit without breaking or feeling as though they will snap. The colors are a bonus and I used them for color-coding.

Hillbilly ingenuity at work... Take two small screw eyes. Screw one into the top of a door frame. Screw the other into the top inside edge of a wooden door near the outside edge of the door. Attach 3 of these rubber bands and you have a hillbilly automatic door closer! It works REALLY WELL!Of course I have other uses for these rubber bands, but the door closer is a novel idea that works! Helps to deal with teenagers who can't remember to shut the door!
