So I used to take these as a capsule, turns out as a powder you get a lot more product for your money, this does come at a premium though... having to ingest it. The powder amount recommended is a teaspoon; a teaspoon isn't a lot when you're putting a sugar in a tea or spices in curry, a teaspoon is a lot however, when you're mixing pond life into hot water. The taste is bearable for the majority of the drink, until you reach the bottom, in juice or water its like sawdust mixed with herbal tea (as part of a smoothie you wont notice so much). As a powder I notice the benefits, that's mainly because the dosage is so much higher than the capsules, I read a few reviews on these before buying or customers feeling slightly light headed drinking this and I agree, it's the equivalent of having a strong coffee sometimes which looking at the ingredients I cant explain why! I have no noticeable health benefits from taking these but the ingredients are all backed up from their research so I am taking this as a long term preventative to remain healthy as apposed to getting healthy.
