Read a Canadian report some years ago that stated you should always take Q10, high dosage if possible, if you are taking statins. I take 300mg. It said they do not even provide statins unless Q10 are taken too. Long ago I asked my GP whether they recommended Q10 and she agreed they should be taken but the NHS doesn't fund them as they are too expensive. So I have bought them for many years now. Not medically qualified to comment on their efficacy, but I feel for me, its right.

I've taken CQ10 before (different brands) but I'm afraid this one is too strong for me. Makes me feel really sick and dizzy. if it was a fairly short lived side effect, then perhaps I could live with it. But it lasts all day and isn't pleasant. Going to have to give up, I'm afraid.
