Amazing!
These little bowls help me to get the right size portions. I was diagnosed with diabetes insulin resistance about 18 months ago. My A1C was 19 and I ended up in the hospital with a glucose level of 600.With the help of adjusting my diet and increasing my activity I am now completely off the insulin and my A1C is 6!These incredible little bowls helped me make better choices for portion control. AND they are compostable!! Very small bowls
These are much smaller than I expected. I will still find a use for them.

Perfect Size and Sturdy
Used these for chili samples at a chili cook-off. They were the perfect size and sturdy. Also, people could write on the outside of the cup so they knew which chili was which.

Recycle material type bowl
We have a Hot Dog Cart, many events require recycled materials to be used. These are a prefect size for salads, fruit, dips what ever you serve as a side dish.

Not what I had in mind
The portion cup is definitely shaped different from the 4 oz. styrofoam that I was used to. Narrow at the bottom and wider at the top. I need something that has a wider bottom so it sits well.

Really good quality
These are really nice. They only hold 8oz of liquid comfortably. 12oz would be to the very top of the bowl. I returned them for that reason but if I needed a smaller bowl I would definitely buy these again. Love the rustic appearance. Great for a party with a theme along those lines.

Too small
I had to return the shipment as they were too small.

These bowls are tiny! Finger bowl size
Not big enough for a bowl of soup or hot oatmeal which would bubble over. Measurements in listing are accurate but photos do not clearly show how tiny these are.
